What is Organic Omega 3:6:9 Balance Oil?

We have combined cold-pressed unrefined organic flax seed oil with fresh pressed, organic, unrefined sunflower seed and extra virgin olive oils in a perfect 2:1 balance of omega 3 to omega 6 fatty acids, with additional omega 9. Many diets today, provide an excess of omega 6 essential fatty acids compared to omega 3 which is thought to be proinflammatory in the body and to contribute to the increase in atherosclerosis, obesity, and diabetes.
